腫瘤轉移與微環境調控

研究內容

1. 轉移的微環境調控機制。腫瘤轉移是癌癥致死的主要原因。癌細胞對其所處微環境的適應及改造對轉移過程有重要影響。我們主要研究癌細胞與轉移微環境的互作機制,以及這些互作對腫瘤轉移能力、轉移的器官特異性、癌細胞的轉移休眠/重激活狀態的調控作用,并進一步發現有效預測腫瘤轉移的分子標志物以及靶向腫瘤-微環境互作的策略。

2. 腫瘤干細胞與轉移。腫瘤干細胞一般被認為是癌癥發生、抗藥及復發的“元兇”,但是腫瘤干細胞與轉移的關系尚不清楚。我們主要研究腫瘤干細胞在轉移中發揮的作用及調控機制,分析腫瘤干細胞的異質性,不同干細胞亞群的轉移及調控,腫瘤干細胞與轉移微環境的互作等,以期發現通過靶向腫瘤干細胞抑制轉移的方法。

3. 腫瘤代謝調控與轉移。腫瘤的Warburg效應已經引起廣泛關注。我們主要研究在轉移過程中的糖脂代謝調控,包括癌細胞自身的代謝異常模式、代謝微環境對癌細胞轉移能力以及轉移器官特異性的調控作用等。
