研究?jī)?nèi)容

運(yùn)用分子生物學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)和模式動(dòng)物探討代謝性疾病和腫瘤發(fā)生的分子機(jī)制、信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)以及與人類疾病的關(guān)系等方面的研究。研究主要集中在細(xì)胞內(nèi)信號(hào)通路的空間調(diào)控對(duì)細(xì)胞功能和機(jī)體生理機(jī)能的影響,尤其是在腫瘤發(fā)生和糖脂代謝紊亂的生物學(xué)功能。
